YCH
YCH is an acronym for “Your Character Here” and is essentially a piece of artwork where I make a 'base'-like sketch/drawing, allowing you to pay to have your character(s) added into the scene with a predetermined pose and expression!
They're usually cheaper than ordering an illustration in normal ways.

Before ordering, please read the terms of service carefully.

Payments can be made on Paypal or on Ko-fiBy making payment, you confirm that you agree with the following factors:◆ Full payment is required after I send the first sketch. The sketch sent to you will be in a very low resolution and fully watermarked. I'll then only resume working on it once the full payment is made.◆ After payment is made I'll set a digital folder - that you'll have access - where I'll post all of the commission progress from sketch to fully colored piece.◆ I may use the completed commission as an example or post it to my account to showcase my work for future commissioners. I will never claim your character as my own!
If you want your commission completely private please make this clear up front, and I will make sure not to use it for examples!!◆ You are free to share, post and making personal use of the drawing
anywhere you want, as long as you DON'T remove the signature on it and/or claim it as made by you or other person that isn't me!◆ Unauthorized Commercial use of my drawings is EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED!Artwork that I create may be produced into T-shirts, Posters, prints, charms etc, FOR PRIVATE USE ONLY.For a commercial use, is necessary to be previous notified,
making it clear in details which arts and for what they'll be used.
Then, an extra and one-time fee flat for commercial use must be paid.If you would like to commission me for a commercial product that will be resold, please be upfront about that, and I would be happy to discuss commercial rates or royalties with you.◆ Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm GMT-3. Feel free to reach out to me on these hours.
Deadlines will be discussed when your order is made. If, for any reason, your piece will be delayed and I do not believe I can finish it in the time quoted, I will contact you ahead of time and ask if you would prefer to have a refund for the piece, or if you don't mind waiting until an extended deadline.Edit Policy◆ To make it clear: The exception to this rule of editing is if I, myself, miss a clearly outlined and obvious marking on your ref sheet/description, in which case I will always do the fix, no matter how large or small, for free and as many times as needed.◆ Edits can be made freely on the sketching phase of the commission. This means that you can ask any amount of edits made to the sketch (Please be reasonable).
After sketch fase any change (that wasn't a mistake made by me) will be charged an additional 10% fee. All of this can be discussed, so feel free to communicate with me about it.Refund Policy◆ I have a right to reject any commission if I feel personally uncomfortable with the subject matter or commissioner (or if I end up having an issue that prevents me from finishing your commission). In the event a commission is cancelled by me while the commission is incomplete, you will receive a full refund, regardless of how far along work in the commission has gone.
The sketch for said commission may be resold as a YCH auction, but your character will NOT be used. I do not own your character.
Any work beyond the sketch phase will be scrapped.◆ Other than these situations, refunds are not allowed in any circumstance.

Adotables and Custom Designs Terms of Service✧ Payment via PayPal or Ko-fi
✧ Once bought you will receive a PNG and the original drawing without watermarks of the character◆ You may resell the adoptable or design for whatever price you see fit, whether that be less or more than it was bought for.
◆ You may add on the worth of artwork and physical products when selling a design from me.
◆ You may make the design into a fursuit, plush or other physical product and sell it.
◆ You may make edits, species changes, color changes etc to an adoptable or design.
◆ You may have another artist edit my artwork to change the character's design.
◆ You may co-own the design with someone else, but I do not keep track of this. However, payment must come in full from one source, not divided payments between the co-owners.
◆ You may resell a design by me you got in a trade that did not include a monetary value, for money.
◆ Essentially, you may do anything you want with a design by me. Once you own it, it is yours. I can't control what you do with it.
◆ I only request that you always credit me as the original designer if you resell, change, edit, or make the design into a physical item.Please be wary of anyone selling a design by me that has an 'unsold' watermark on it and they cannot provide the unwatermarked file. If you are someone who bought an adopt from me and lost the unwatermarked/high resolution file, please message me with proof of purchase and I can provide the file to you.
Please be wary of scams and people selling high profile adoptable designs by me.
I am not responsible for your loss of money if you happen to buy one of my designs from a scammer who does not actually own said design.
